Black, White, and Blue EP

by The Backyard Blues Boys

At their peak, The Backyard Blues Boys were thought of as one of, if not the hottest upcoming blues band in the Pacific Northwest. But the band spread to the far corners of the country, ultimately leading to their decision to move on as a band. But they have one last trick up their sleeve, and that is what you see here. The "Black, White, and Blue" EP captures the BBBs at their peak, recorded in August 2012, and you'll never hear blues so groovin'. With their patented mix of funkafied blues standards and Biespiel originals, this seamless EP will bring you flashbacks from the '60s, and also show you where the blues is going now in the 21st century. Trust us; this is good. So pour yourself a drink, head out back, take a seat, relax, and enjoy!
